When does Hire Hub officially relaunch?
Hire Hub relaunches and resumes actively placing candidates on July 1, 2026. You can apply early to be first in line, or sign up on the About page to be notified the moment we go live.
What roles can I apply for?
We place candidates into customer service, technical support and telesales roles with global employers — remote, on-site, full-time, commission-based and more.
Do I need perfect English to apply?
No. Our AI assessment maps your actual English level and matches you accordingly. If you want to improve before applying, RiseSpeak’s English Acquisition Program is launching soon to help you get there.
What are the AI simulators and when can I use them?
The HR Interview Simulation, Account Owner Interview and Customer Call Simulator are practice tools built to prepare you for real interviews with our employer partners. The HR Interview Simulation launches first on July 1, 2026; the other two follow shortly after.
How long does the process take?
Once we relaunch, most candidates hear back within 48 hours of applying. From application to offer, the full process typically takes between one and three weeks depending on the role and employer.
Who is eligible to apply?
Most roles require you to be 18 or older, based in Egypt, and comfortable communicating in English at a conversational level or above. Specific employers may have additional requirements, which we’ll always disclose before you interview.
Are these jobs remote, or do I need to relocate?
The large majority of roles we place are fully remote — you work from home in Egypt for an international employer. A smaller number are on-site at partner offices in Cairo or Alexandria. Every listing will clearly state which.
What documents do I need to apply?
To apply, you only need basic contact details and a short description of your experience — no CV required at this stage. If you advance to an employer interview, you may be asked for a national ID and, in some cases, a police clearance certificate depending on the role.
How much will RiseSpeak cost?
Pricing for RiseSpeak has not been finalized. Candidates placed by Hire Hub will receive preferential access and pricing once the English Acquisition Program launches. We’ll announce exact pricing closer to launch.
Can I apply for more than one career track?
Yes. Select “Open to All Opportunities” on the application form, or list multiple tracks in your message, and our AI matching will consider you for any role where your profile fits well.
What happens immediately after I apply?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Once we relaunch on July 1, 2026, our AI begins processing applications in the order they were received, with early applicants reviewed first. You’ll hear from a real member of our team, not just an automated message.
